Lost Packages

Delivered But Not Received
If the tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors, household members, building reception, local post office, or shipping carrier.
Maison Karseell is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
